Prepare The Ground, Harvest The Benefits

Aidan will be speaking about the government's open source software (OSS) strategy, arguing that while welcome, more would be achieved if instead the government were to focus on interoperability and standardization. Such a focus would prepare the ground for more OSS deployment but better still it would enable the public sector to harvest increased benefits from its ICT investments
