The OSC has two classes of member
- Ordinary Member
- Associate Member
Ordinary members, both Corporate members (who join as a company) and Individual members (individuals and micro companies) have equal participation rights.
Associate members are entitled to almost all the rights of Ordinary members save for the right to vote or to be on the Council.
