Don't be caught getting advice from software vendors jumping on the Open Source bandwagon or quangos promoting the next 'revolutionary' Open Source portal. Who to contact for more information What is RSS? RSS is a format for syndicating news and the content of news-like sites, including major news sites like Wired, news-oriented community sites like Slashdot, and personal weblogs. But it's not just for news. Pretty much anything that can be broken down into discrete items can be syndicated via RSS: the "recent changes" page of a wiki, a changelog of CVS checkins etc. It simply takes the hassle out of staying up-to-date, by showing you the very latest information that you are interested in. We've collected a series of RSS feeds together that address Free and Open Source Software - making the task of keeping up-to-date even easier.
